Elder in Lake Jackson
Saturday the 25th of May. I stepped down as pastor of the Jesus Connection for a season. Robin Liken has agreed to work with the church until either my health improves or I continue to get worse. I do need your prayers. I’ve battled with this decision for some time. I lack the mobility and strength to continue as their elder. My heart rate has remained above 110 and sometimes higher. My doctors are still trying to determine why I’m losing control of my legs. All three of the specialists I see placed orders for me to have an electric wheelchair. Please pray the chair lift comes in quickly so I can have some mobility again. Love each of you!

David, your great love to lead those around you has always inspired me and pointed me towards Christ. I know it's hard in this season but I continue to look to you as the example of someone who never lets their circumstances stop them from being radically on mission for our King! Heal up friend. God is not done with you yet!
